Product advantages
- Essential difference to axial flow/mixed flow type: rotating speed can be effectively reduced 20-30%, sound pressure level region move down 10-15 decibels,resolve the noise problem from radical angle.
- Impellers are statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller balanced grade should be up to G2.5 level of AMCA standard.
- Adopting non-overloading backward inclined blade, can greatly improve the high hydrostatic pressure under small air flowing, achieve to save power efficiently and low energy consumption.The material of impeller is steel. (aluminum aly or polypropylene is optional)
- Standard configuration square inlet and outlet with fange,saving wind pipe connection charge, shorten construction period,motor can be installed in different positions.Multi-outlet direction: design and construction will be more flexible and convenient.
- The diameter of impeller can reach 1m, it can reduce quantity, lower initial cost; volute casing no need smaller fan, convenient installation.
