A good tunnel fan ventilation is a fundamental element for a proper air ventilation, ensuring the extraction of toxic gases and the control of suspended particles for the full safety of this environment.

High Efficiency
The airfoil blades with the least resistance were selected. The blade angle can be adjusted statically to ensure the most efficient operation of the impeller.
Anti-surging
A new matrix ant-surge device to ensure the fan to run without surging. It should be installed on the air intake side of one-way or on both ends of the impeller of two-way axial flow fan.
Quickly Response
The axial flow fan shall reach the rated speed from the start within 30 seconds, and the switching time from positive to reverse and from reverse to positive shall be no more than 60 seconds.
Explosion Proof
The fan design meets the relevant electrical requirements in the general requirements of explosive atmosphere and the spark-proof structure is adopted between the fan impeller and the casing.
Anti-corrosion

Technical Features
- Impeller
The cast aluminum lmpeller and hub will be balanced and the balance grade will not be lower than G6.3.The impeller should be overspeed tested according to JB/T 6445.
All blades and hubs will do non-destructive testing or inspect in accordance with the contract method.
The installalion angle of the fan blade can be adjusted. The adjustment of the blade will not require the impeller to be removed. The hub ratio of the impeller will not be greater than 0.4.
The clearance between the impeller and the air duct should be between 0.15%-0.35% of the impeller diameter, but not less than 2.5mm. - Motor
The motor bearings are lubricated by seal grease and can operate normally for 20000h at ambient temperature of -40℃ to 60℃and relative humidity of no more than 95%.
The protection grade of the motor shall not be lower than IP54.
The motor should be able to run with load for 120min at the temperature of 300℃
The junction box of the motor is outside the main duct housing, and the junction box is connected with the motor by rigid or flexible conduit.
The motor shall be equipped with a temperature measuring device for front and rear bearing and a temperature measuring device for three-phase winding.
Motor oil injection pipe and oil discharge pipe should be led to the outside of the fan casing and adopt seamless copper pipe, Oil injection nozzle and oil discharge valve should adopt copper material.
The rated output power and the efficiency of 75% rated output power of the motor selected by the fan shall not be lower than the energy efficiency limit value of the motor specified in GB18613-2006. - Fan case
The thickness of case shall not be less than 4mm, and the thickness of flange shall not be less than 4mm.
The case is mainly made of galvanized steel, and the air duct of anti-corrosion axial flow fan is made of steel plate of considerable thickness and anti-corrosion coating.
The case shall be provided with no less than 2 lifting lugs. - Anti-surging devices
Ani-surging device is installed on the air intake side of the wind-powered blade. The anti-surging device is a ring device with several small guide plates. Anti surging devices should be installed at both ends of the impeller of reversible axial flow fan. - Status monitoring device
In addition to vibration sensors, other monitoring sensors should be installed in the intelligent fan safety monitoring management system and in the fan and bracket, so that the safely monitoring of vibration and loosening of the fan, bracket, bolt and other components can be conducted in real time when the fan is stopped or running. Bolt loosening, support loosening and fan loosening are the main safety monitoring areas.
The intelligent fan safety monitoring and management system can detect the fault state when the fan is not in operation and perform real-time differential monitoring, analysis and identification of looseness.
The safety monitoring and management system of the fan has Ethernet or fieldbus communication function, and the vibration value of the fan can be uploaded in real time through communication.
The intelligent fan safety monitoring and management system has an expert library of fault features and a self-learning function of hazard model features, which can be used to learn and manage specific dangerous working conditions.
